How to Make Indian Dal Makhani Recipe At Home

Dal Makhani is a staple food originating from the Punjab region of India and is often served during special occasions, such as weddings. This rich vegetarian dish is known for its versatility and works well as a main meal, included in a buffet, or as an accompaniment.

We encourage you to experiment with this recipe that was provided to us by our friends at the Great Ganga Hotel in Rishikesh, India. Dal Makhani is by far one of our favorite items to order on their menu.
